Following the success of our sister company, Santa Fe Stucco and Roofing, and trying to keep up with an increasing customer demand for our services outside the Santa Fe area, Albuquerque Stucco aims to bring our expertise and passion for stucco to the Albuquerque and neighboring areas.
With over 20 years of experience in stucco services, our Albuquerque Stucco team has both the knowledge and business experience to continue to provide exceptional work based on quality, customer service, safety, and honesty.

Arely Rincon
CEO
Arely comes all the way from Sweden where she worked in the medical technology industry as Business Development Manager for the European market. In 2015, Arely moved to the USA to lead the Sales, Exports, and Trades division of the largest Latin American paper and packaging company with operations in the USA. Arely’s amiable personality and unique background and experience across different industries make her a great asset to the customer relations, and the day-to-day operations of Albuquerque Stucco.
Francis McPartlon
PRESIDENT
Francis is a third-generation roofing and stucco professional from Santa Fe. In 2010, Francis became founder and CEO of Santa Fe Stucco and Roofing, an award-winning and the second largest roofing company in the state of New Mexico. Francis, a young innovative leader, has gained an extensive amount of experience across a broad spectrum of roofing and stucco projects ranging from small construction to million-dollar contracts spread all over the Southwest region. Francis builds lasting relationships with industry partners and customers. Francis brings his incredible work ethic, passion for what he does, and the integrity in which he carries himself to our Albuquerque operations.
Andrés Arredondo
PROJECT MANAGER
With over five years of experience in stucco, Andrés understands the importance of coordination, communication, and time management to ensure successful project completion. Andres drives projects forward with energy, enthusiasm, and passion and has the ability to think outside the box. When not managing stucco projects, Andrés enjoys spending time with his family, riding bikes, and reading the Bible with his wife Jen.
